1. Service description

Coach Mohan Fitness sells the 12-Week V-Taper Training Blueprint, a digital fitness program delivered as a PDF plus workout guidance videos. The program is priced at ₹2,499 (Indian Rupees) as a one-time payment. All content is delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

2. License and permitted use

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the program for your own training. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the program materials.
• Share the PDF, videos, login credentials, or access links publicly or with third parties.
• Use the content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Violation of this license may result in termination of access without refund.

3. Not medical advice

The V-Taper Training Blueprint is a fitness coaching product, not medical advice. You should consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a history of injury, illness, or medical condition. The program is designed for healthy intermediate-to-advanced trainees. Coach Mohan Fitness is not responsible for any injury or health issue that may arise from following the program.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely in INR through Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Prices are subject to change, but any change will not affect orders already placed.

5. Intellectual property

All content included in the program, including but not limited to the PDF, videos, branding, logos, written materials, and workout designs, is owned by Coach Mohan Fitness and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the program without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coach Mohan Fitness and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the program. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

7. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
