When you purchase the V-Taper Training Blueprint, we collect the information needed to fulfill your order and provide access to the program:

• Name, email address, and phone number — collected at checkout via Shopify to deliver your order and communicate with you about your purchase.
• Payment information — card, UPI, wallet, or other payment details are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see, store, or process your full payment details on our own servers.
• Login/account information — if you access the Form Vault video library, we create a secure account through Supabase using your email address.

3. How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Process and fulfill your order.
• Deliver the digital program (PDF and workout guidance videos) to your email.
• Grant and manage access to the Form Vault video library.
• Provide customer support and respond to your questions.
• Send order-related updates and important service announcements.

4. Third-party services

We share data only with trusted services that are necessary to run Coach Mohan Fitness. Each provider is contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purposes described below:

• Shopify — powers checkout, order management, and delivery of the digital product.
• Razorpay — processes payments securely in INR.
• Bunny.net — hosts and streams the workout guidance videos.
• Supabase — provides secure login and account access for the Form Vault video library.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies only for basic site functionality, such as keeping your cart intact during checkout and remembering your session when you log into the Form Vault. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or behavioral profiling.

We keep your order and account information for as long as necessary to provide you with lifetime access to the program, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
