Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital product nature
The 12-Week V-Taper Training Blueprint is an instantly delivered digital product. Once the program PDF and/or video access has been delivered to your email or accessed through the Form Vault, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
2. Exception for non-delivery
If you are charged but never receive the delivery email or access due to a technical error on our end, contact us at narrowtodiamond@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or redelivery.
3. Duplicate charges
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full upon verification. Email us at narrowtodiamond@gmail.com with your order details.
4. How to request a refund
Refund requests must be sent to narrowtodiamond@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation
Because access is delivered immediately, there is no cancellation window once the product has been sent or accessed. If you believe you purchased in error before delivery, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
